We Use Uniform Residential Appraisal Reports

The Uniform Residential Appraisal Report is required for certain loan types, amounts and loan-to-value ratios, depending on your risk policy. It is generated or approved by a state-certified or state-licensed appraiser in accordance with all applicable Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines.
And, as with all of our appraisal services, you'll benefit from our streamlined process. We handle all of the details from order and delivery to managing vendor assignments, tracking and performance.
